"Awful app. It works for setting and unsetting the alarm. Major issue is that it doesn't show notification when the alarm goes off on our phones. All notifications enabled but still doesn't work. Absolutely shameful that the main function of the app is useless."

"Incredibly expensive for the limited functionality. For the price they are charging it's about time that they upped their game. The vast majority of apps are free and the services are free but HKC charge a premium for the product and then don't provide a premium service sadly. The system as a whole is quite basic. Incredible wireless capabilities that far outdo the competition but they lack function. We pay a premium on the equipment, stop charging for the app too."

"Very poor interface. Lags terribly and barely works on any network that's not WiFi. Now today 17/7/21 the user code can't be inputted at all and has been the case for a few days now. Pity there isn't an alternative."
