Quite a good app. A bit slow at times. I didn't mind paying for the download, but I feel a bit ripped off having to pay an annual fee to monitor my own alarm.
I find this APP very good. We have a number of alarms registered on it and really find it is reliable and really useful.
Will not let me into the app at all.
Good app, has many functions , and very easy to navigate, most complain because they had to pay for app, but ignore them ,others cplain because of phone issue not an app issue , haven't seen any issues with it , realistically doesn't need any revamp much as it works
Awful app. It works for setting and unsetting the alarm. Major issue is that it doesn't show notification when the alarm goes off on our phones. All notifications enabled but still doesn't work. Absolutely shameful that the main function of the app is useless.
My phone updated to Android 11 operating system and as a result the HKC app no longer works.can this be fixed?
Should be free. Simple as that.

Incredibly expensive for the limited functionality. For the price they are charging it's about time that they upped their game. The vast majority of apps are free and the services are free but HKC charge a premium for the product and then don't provide a premium service sadly. The system as a whole is quite basic. Incredible wireless capabilities that far outdo the competition but they lack function. We pay a premium on the equipment, stop charging for the app too.
Very poor interface. Lags terribly and barely works on any network that's not WiFi. Now today 17/7/21 the user code can't be inputted at all and has been the case for a few days now. Pity there isn't an alternative.
